Higher education students and staff mobility between Programme and Partner Countries

Project period:  2017 –2018

Planned mobility

1.      Vietnam to the Czech Republic

  • 2 master students – 5 months per student
  • 2 staff members – 2 x 5 days per staff member (not including travel time)

2.      The Czech Republic to Vietnam

  • 1 doctoral student – 3 months

Criteria

1.      Criteria for students

-         Candidates: Master students from Faculty of Mechnical Engineering.

-         Academic performance: GPA  ≥ 3.0 (very good).

-         English profciency: minimum B1

2.      Criteria for staff members

-         Candidates: Lecturers from Faculty of Mechnical Engineering

-         Experience: Atleast 10 years of teaching

-         English: minimum B2.

Selection procedure

1.      Call for applications: Make an annoucement to all master students of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering to apply for the exchange program between NTU and TUL.

2.      Review applications by the Academic Committee of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

3.      Establish a selection committee.

4.      The selection committee evaluates each candidate based on the result of review proposed by the Academic Committee of the Faculty.

5.      The selection committee chooses 10 best candidates for interview (5 students and 5 lectureres).

6.      Interview selected cadidates.

7.      Give the final result.

8.      Inform the result to candidates.
